For your team
-
As an employer, you know that your employees are your greatest asset. You understand that your team's personal growth and development can positively impact not only their lives but also your business and your bottom line as well.
So having the right person in the wrong mood is not a situation that you’ll want to last any longer than is necessary.
Adding personal coaching to your workplace can transform the organisation as a result of a more motivated, striving and thriving team, providing a clear return on investment.
Imagine a team that understands their strengths and their limitations, with a plan and accountability in place to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
Imagine a more productive, engaged and resilient workforce that is invested in achieving personal and organisational goals.
Imagine increasing your retention rates and keeping hold of people who want to come to work and who want to deliver, in a workplace culture focused on growth and success.
Ultimately, by investing in your employees' personal growth, you are investing in the growth of your business.

Coaching FAQs
-
Life coaching is a professional partnership with a trained coach, who will listen & question, then encourage, challenge and cheerlead as you work through your personal and professional issues and ambitions. As the name implies it’s not limited to just one area of your life – we’ll look holistically at all areas.
The premise of coaching is that you will know the right answers for your situation, so be prepared to do most of the talking and the heavy lifting in the partnership, and let your coach help you to explore your beliefs, mindset and habits so you can make changes in your life.
-
To help you understand what life coaching is, it can be helpful to understand what it is not. Life coaching is not:
Therapy or counselling
Treating mental health issues, addiction, or healing deep-seated wounds from the past, like emotional pain, trauma, conflict or dysfunction, are not in the remit of a life coach.
Coaching is for you if you are emotionally and mentally healthy, even though you may be in a crisis or facing challenging times. Coaching is present & future focussed, and the emphasis will be on your personal growth & development and behaviour change.
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health care or therapy.
Mentoring
The seasoned expert who has walked the walk ahead of you and who can give you guidance and wisdom based on their own experience of a similar topic or field is very different to coaching.
A life coach will focus on listening to you, asking powerful questions and helping you to find your own answers, because no one else has walked your walk or knows your future aspirations.
-
Coaching is for anyone.
There are coaches for every age group and it doesn’t matter what gender, race, religion and culture you are or have.
Some coaches work in one particular area, like relationships or career, and some coaches have a particular process or methodology that they use to guide your direction.
Some coaches, like me, prefer not to control the scope or the direction, so you can set the agenda and decide what we’re working on.
If you want to live the life you dream about and you’re willing to do some work to get it, coaching is for you.
-
You set the agenda on what we talk about. We start by focussing on what’s happening right now and then we explore where you want to be, and the work for us to do together is in bridging the gap between those two places.
While you’re making the mindset changes that will create the positive future that you want, here are some of the topics that often get worked on:
Overwhelm, people pleasing, work/life balance, self-worth, resentment, managing distractions, self-care, rewards, boundaries, beliefs, happiness, coping mechanisms, time management, habits, comparison, values, self-sabotage, imposter syndrome, inner critic, clarity, limiting beliefs, goal setting & achievement, motivation, confidence, overcoming fears, self-awareness, dissatisfaction, creativity, resilience, freedom, success, identity, reframing, consistency, change, problem solving and communication.
Ready to start?
Coaching starts with a conversation.
You can explain your needs, challenges, goals and dreams, and ask questions. I can provide feedback on your current situation and give guidance about the best course of action to take, and we’ll get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
Chemistry with a coach is vital because coaching is an investment of both finances and time, and you need to be comfortable to have a confidential conversation with me and be confident that I have the skills to help you.
